Purchased this on sale and it was definitely worth it. The features are great!
I purchased the chair without arms and headrest. This is the most comfortable work chair I've used. After a day of sitting, I still don't get back aches nor tight shoulders. The backing is firm and has adjustable lumber support. Our office is furnished with the higher end Gesture chair, and I'd say the Series 2 is more comfortable than the Gesture.
After buying many office chairs have not found one that can last 8 to 12hr days. The Steelcase Series 2 chair has made my work days more comfortable and I wish I had purchased this chair earlier. Defently recommend. The purchase and delivery was quick
